MISSION: To create a framework of technological initiatives to promote partnerships and retain and grow business in Southeastern Wisconsin. We aim to develop and increase awareness of economic development activities in the tri-county area (Racine, Kenosha, Walworth), encourage technology infrastructure improvements, and explore marketing concepts for RTO and its members.
